Truffle was founded in 2008 by designer Katherine Eastman and has four main collections; Truffle Luxe (women's ready-to-wear), Truffle Swim, Truffle Lingerie, and Pure/Katherine (a formal gown collection).

All the Truffle collections are custom made and designed. When you order from Truffle you are actually commissioning to buy your own piece (from the samples) presented, and it is made for you by hand in your specific size. There is no huge warehouse or mass produced products being shipped in from overseas. Each customer is important and deserves a garment made to be made specific to their needs, size and very own style.

Truffle pieces are designed to be classic & timeless- while also integrating modern style and trends. Truffle clients dress to be alluring and stylish. Truffle Luxe; the women's read-to-wear collection is more classically and conservatively designed. Though it does offer advanced styled garments as well for clients who favor setting trends. The advanced styled pieces make up a small collection of party dresses carried within the Truffle Luxe Brand, The Glitterati Collection. Truffle Luxe carries a range of pieces appropriate for daytime, evening, and cocktail wear.

Truffle Swim carries both actual swim suits and cover up dresses, wraps, etc. Truffle Swim wear collection varies greatly from other brands because of the often unconventional materials and trims used in these unique, 1-of a kind garments. Truffle Swim carries four different collections, each having its own distinct style; Fortunata Collection, Departures Collection, Glitterati Collection, Oceanid Collection, and Ice Cream Collection.

Truffle Lingerie is a collection of custom intimates. Truffle Lingerie has three style collections: The Darlings Collection, The Boudoir Collection, and The Allure Collection. The styling varies from the collections to suit different tastes or needs. Some pieces are more conservative, others are intended to be more provocative. Slips, camisoles, bras and panties are amongst the many array of pieces within the collections.

Pure / Katherine is a couture collection of fine formal wear dresses and gowns. This collection’s dresses are all custom designed and hand made. Designed to be elegant and demure, also sexy and stylish. The name Katherine (that of the designer), means "PURE" in Greek. Purity correctly describes line’s concept. The Pure Katherine gowns are perfect for any formal event, especially because they are custom, but also may be specially made in multiple gowns for bridesmaids.
