Order Confirmations:
When an order is places customer service at Truffle sends EVERY order/customer, a confirmation email. We will just check everything over with you. Sometimes we inquire further about more intricate sizing information (as needed on select pieces).
Return/ Exchanges:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from the Truffle Brands. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, please contact us within 21 days of delivery. Since Truffle is a company that makes each order specific to each customer per their order, we do not do full returns.
We accept items back for exchanges or store credit. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all tags paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
We would like to reiterate that we are a company which produces essentially customized pieces for our customers- so please spare no detail in ordering with your exact wants, and sizes to avoid any complications in your order.
Our standard exchange policy listed above, does not apply to all items. All sales are final on sale items, panty and swimwear bottoms. All sales are also final on the couture formal gowns from the Pure/Katherine collection.

Item Availability:
The availability of a product is noted on the Product Detail. We aim to update and keep our records as up to date as possible. In the event you order something which is unavailable- we will notify you right away and refund your payment or process in the order in another color or item (only if customer prefers over refund). |
